Thanks to all who attended our annual Parade Of Checks.
The Nominating Committee will be meeting this month to gather a slate of officers for the upcoming Lion year…step up for your Lions Club.
February’s Events:

| February 12th | Zone Meeting at the Elk’s Lodge in Waukesha. The Club pays for the dinner. Let’s try to have a good turnout. | |
| February 13th | 7:00 p.m. | Board meeting at the V.F.W. |
| February 20th | 7:00 p.m. | Regular meeting at the V.F.W. Note that Father-Son Night has been moved to the March 5th meeting. |
| February 29th | all day | We get an extra day this year – enjoy |
Upcoming events:
| March 5th | 7:00 p.m. | Regular meeting at the V.F.W. Father-Son Night. Guest speaker will be former Packer George Koonce, now affiliated with the Marquette University Athletic Dept. |
| February 2nd-April 13th | 57th Annual Wisconsin State Lions Bowling Tournament in Platteville. Sign up sheets will be passed around at the February meetings. | |
| April 5th | Annual fund raiser for the Center for Blind and Visually Impaired Children at the Radisson Milwaukee North Shore on Port Washington Rd. 2 Lions with vans are needed to transportation of items to the Radisson in the morning, and 3 couples are needed to help that evening. | |
| September 18th-20th | USA Canada Leadership Forum in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan |
