| May 7th | 7:00 p.m. | Regular meeting at the V.F.W. Guest speaker: Jeanne Holden from the New Berlin Food Pantry |
| May 10th | 1:30 p.m. | Casino event at the Union Grove Soldiers Home. This will be a joint effort of the New Berlin Lions Club, the Prospect Lions Club, and the Union Grove Lions Club. Lion Al Stigler has been the driving force behind this project. Meet at the park and ride on Moorland Rd. and I-43 at 12:30 p.m. |

| June 14th | Installation dinner for Lion/Lioness officers for 2008-2009 at the Country Squire Supper Club, S72 W16373 Janesville Road, Muskego. Cocktails at 6:00 p.m., dinner at 7:00 p.m. Choice Of Prime Rib, Checken Cordon Blue, or Deep Fried Shrimp. |
| June 18th | Regular meeting at the V.F.W. Guest speaker Rick Johnson from New Berlin Utilities will talk about Milwaukee water & sewer and what it means to New Berlin. Mayor Jack may also attend and talk about the new Great Lakes Compact. |
| June 22nd | Combined Lion/Lioness appreciation outing – a Brewer’s afternoon game and tailgate party. Details at regular meetings and in the next newsletter. Contact Lion Seb if you don’t sign up at a regular meeting. |
| June 23rd-27th | 91st International Convention in Bangkok, Thailand |
| July 3rd-4th | Lion/Lioness fund raiser at Malone Park |
| July 31st-August 10th | State Fair |
| September 15th | Bob Elliott Charity Golf outing |
